Over the past few months there have been a number of Simbra Courses that have taken place. Each course takes place over two days. The first day begins with a theory session wherein the genetic and phenotypic aspects of cattle selection are discussed, this is followed by an afternoon of practical selection of cattle in the Kraal. By the second day everyone has begun to get their eyes homed in, and are presented with the opportunity to fine tune their skills.
Simbra Courses are a wonderful opportunity for ALL farmers to get together, learn and share some of their own experiences from the farm.
